Lookman assisted Albania captain Berat Djimsiti to open scoring in the 21st minute before doubling Atalanta’s lead a minute before the interval.

The former Chalton and Everton player scored with a placed effort into the bottom corner from Sead Kolasinac’s pass.

The game went beyond Shakhtar three minutes after the restart when Raoul Bellanova capitalised on some hesitant defending to nod in Davide Zappacosta’s cross to make it three for Atalanta.
