Iran launches missiles on Israeli as tension grips Middle East

Date:

Share post:

Iran on Tuesday launched missiles towards Israel as tension continues to envelop the Middle East.

The country’s news agency, IRNA, confirmed that the military has started launching ballistic missiles towards Israel.

This came a few hours after the United States raised an alarm on Iran’s planned attack against Israel.

The Israeli military had also confirmed the attack.

It said sirens have sounded all across Israel and urged citizens to move to safe spaces.

Israeli forces and Hezbollah have exchanged blows at the borders since Hamas’s October 7, 2023 attack on Jerusalem.

Iran had promised to revenge last Friday’s killing of Hezbollah’s General Secretary, Hassan Nasrallah, in an Israeli airstrike in Beirut, Lebanon.
